PaiKnight LLC provides administrative and coordination services that help dental and oral-surgery providers navigate insurer reimbursement. PaiKnight is not a law firm, is not a medical or dental provider, and does not provide legal, medical, or dental advice.

PaiKnight does not determine medical necessity, treatment, or clinical judgment. Providers submit their own clinical documentation and remain responsible for all clinical decisions.

Administrative appeals coordinated through PaiKnight are pre-litigation and administrative only. Any matter requiring legal representation is referred to an independent, U.S.-licensed attorney.

PaiKnight charges fixed administrative fees only — never a percentage of any amount a provider recovers. Insurers pay the provider directly; PaiKnight never holds or routes provider or patient funds.

Balance reminders to patients are sent in the provider's name. PaiKnight does not collect debts in its own name.
