Billing & Payment
A summary of how PaiKnight charges. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
What we charge
- Subscription: a recurring fee for access to the PaiKnight platform.
- Communication credits: optional prepaid packs for provider-name patient communications.
- Per-case administrative fee: a fixed fee per case, set by a uniform Price Book and identified on the applicable Order Form, billed at the single-case-agreement (SCA) milestone.
What we never do
- We never charge a percentage of what a provider collects, the procedure value, or treatment volume. Administrative fees are fixed amounts only.
- We never hold, route, or escrow insurer or patient funds. Insurers pay the provider directly; PaiKnight only records it.
